Refund Policy

1. Subscription Service

bbkers Commerce and SoShow SCRM are subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, billed monthly or annually. During your subscription, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all completed subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Important: New accounts receive a 14-day full trial with no credit card required. We recommend using the trial period to confirm the service meets your needs before subscribing.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your service continues until the current subscription expiry date
  • After expiry, your account switches to read-only mode (data export and query remain available; AI features pause)
  • No refunds or pro-rated credits for remaining time
  • Data is retained per our subscription terms; resubscribing restores full functionality

4. Plan Changes

To change plans during your subscription:

  • Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, with pro-rated credit for remaining days
  • Downgrade: Takes effect after current period expires; no refund for paid amount

5. Exceptions

The Company may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Major system failure caused by the Company resulting in complete service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts due to technical errors

Exceptions require Company confirmation and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 14-day full Lite-plan trial. No charges apply during the trial and refund considerations do not arise. If no paid subscription is activated before the trial ends, the account automatically switches to read-only mode.

7. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to the Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance.
