1. Service Description
BBKers Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'the Company') provides the following services: 'BBKers Biz' AI inventory management system and 'SoShow SCRM' AI social media management platform. Using these services constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account; please safeguard your login credentials
- Notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized account use
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared with unauthorized third parties
3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to use this service for:
- Distributing false, misleading, or illegal content
- Harassing or maliciously attacking other users or third parties
- Any behavior violating ROC law or social platform terms of service
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or undermining technical measures of this service
- Using data obtained through this service to train or develop other AI models
4. Intellectual Property
The Company's service code, interface design, AI logic, and related technology are owned by BBKers Tech Co., Ltd. No part of this service may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without written consent. Copyright of content you generate through this service (posts, replies, reports) is governed by ROC Copyright Law.
5. Subscription & Payment
This service operates on a subscription basis with trial periods and paid plans. Subscription fees are calculated based on your selected plan; see the website for detailed pricing. After trial expiration, paid features become unavailable without an active subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company will issue uniform invoices as required by law.
6. AI-Generated Content
This service uses AI to assist in generating copy, replies, and business recommendations. All AI-generated content should be reviewed and confirmed by you before publishing or adoption. You bear full responsibility for all messages and actions from your account. We are not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content, nor for any resulting losses.
7. Social Platform Authorization
When connecting third-party social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LINE, Google Business Profile, etc.), you are also bound by their respective terms of service. The Company is not responsible for feature limitations or data loss caused by third-party platform policy changes, API modifications, account status changes, or service interruptions.
8. Service Interruption
Due to system maintenance, force majeure, or third-party platform anomalies, the service may experience temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance via the platform or email.
9. User-Initiated Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid plan benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, after which paid features become unavailable. To delete your account and all associated data, email services@bbkers.com.tw — we will complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request, except for data required by law (e.g., transaction records retained 5 years per tax law).
10. Company-Initiated Termination or Suspension
We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- Serious or repeated violations of any provision of these terms after warning
- Providing false registration information
- Using the service for activities violating ROC law
- Attacking, reverse engineering, or otherwise sabotaging the service
- Two consecutive payment failures with no resolution within 14 days after notification
- Your connected social platform accounts are suspended or blocked by said platform, with no reasonable explanation within 7 days after our notification
After account termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for legally required retention. Fees paid for the current period prior to termination are non-refundable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's cumulative liability for all damages arising from this service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you actually paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the damage event. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or reputational damage.
12. User Indemnification
If your violation of these terms, laws, or third-party rights results in any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) against the Company, its affiliates, or employees, you agree to bear indemnification liability.
13. Disclaimer
This service is provided 'as is' without express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company performs regular automated backups but is not responsible for data loss caused by force majeure, network interruption, hardware failure, or third-party cloud service anomalies.
14. Terms Modification
If these terms are revised, we will announce changes on the platform and notify via email. Major changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, terminate your account before the effective date.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to the Hsinchu District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
