1. Subscription Service
BBKers Biz and SoShow SCRM are subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, billed monthly or annually. During your subscription, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all completed subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Important: We recommend fully utilizing the free plan or trial period to confirm the service meets your needs before subscribing.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Your service continues until the current subscription expiry date
- After expiry, your account automatically downgrades to the free plan
- No refunds or pro-rated credits for remaining time
- Your data is retained per free plan specifications
4. Plan Changes
To change plans during your subscription:
- Upgrade: Takes effect immediately, with pro-rated credit for remaining days
- Downgrade: Takes effect after current period expires; no refund for paid amount
5. Exceptions
The Company may consider refunds in the following cases:
- Major system failure caused by the Company resulting in complete service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts due to technical errors
Exceptions require Company confirmation and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Free Plan
The free plan involves no charges and is not subject to refund considerations.
7. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to the Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance.
